The above rates include breakfast exclude 1% S.A. Tourism Bed Levy
Children welcome – 0 – 2 years stay free, Children under 12 years pay 50% of the p/p/s rate.

25% Cancellation fee of the value of the total stay if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival
50% of the value of the total stay, if cancelled less than 30 days prior to date of arrival
100% of the value of the total stay if cancelled 7 days or less prior to date of arrival or “no show”
The full extent of the stay will be charged in the event of a premature departure. This is not dependent on The Baleia Guest House occupancy level. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance
Please note the NO VERBAL cancellation will be accepted. Cancellation requests must be emailed directly to The Baleia Guest House
All accommodation to be pre-paid 30 days prior to guests' arrival
